About Our Pizza
Our Pizza is a take on the Neapolitan pizza - Which We Love!
The big difference is the crust! Neapolitan pizza is a thin crust pizza cooked at a high temperature in a stone oven giving it the perfect char.
Another thing about Neapolitan pizza is that there is often more sauce than cheese. This leaves the middle of the pie foldable and delicious !
